Full-Service Maintenance Agreement
Get total coverage for your print devices. This option includes all parts, labor and travel (except consumables) and guaranteed next-business-day on-site service. Upgraded service level agreements are also available and include 4-hour, on-site response, 24/7 service response and preventative maintenance programs.
Time and Materials Maintenance Agreement
Pay only for the parts and service that you need. Plus, you’ll get guaranteed next-business-day service and can customize a per-call option based on predetermined hourly and travel rates. A flat travel rate is also available.

To log a call you need a username and password. If you would like to us the online system and don’t have your login details please contact our Technical Service Department, on (01) 886 7600 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you login you will need the Serial number of the machine. The serial number is usually on the back of the machine on a metal label. You will be able to view your list of machines on your account once you login. Check the details of the machine against the serial number on your machine to ensure you are logging the call against the correct machine in the correct location. If you can’t find your machine on the list once you login please contact our Service Dept directly email@example.com to have your machine added to the service contract.
