Technical services
To log a call you need a username and password. If you would like to us the online system and don’t have your login details please contact our Technical Service Department, on (01) 886 7600 or email technicalservice@staplesirl.ie.
Once you login you will need the Serial number of the machine. The serial number is usually on the back of the machine on a metal label. You will be able to view your list of machines on your account once you login. Check the details of the machine against the serial number on your machine to ensure you are logging the call against the correct machine in the correct location. If you can’t find your machine on the list once you login please contact our Service Dept directly technicalservice@staplesirl.ie to have your machine added to the service contract.
